*Certain conditions apply. Attendance at the Windrose Green Kite Festival event is required for eligibility to win any prizes. Completion of a registration form is necessary for eligibility to win. No purchase is required. Presence is mandatory to claim the prize. †Giveaways, food, and ice cream are available while supplies last. Windrose Green contracted a third-party catering service. Eat at your own risk, as we are not responsible for any illnesses or adverse reactions resulting from dietary restrictions, allergies, or any other form of sickness. 

Participants accepts and assumes all risks and liability for any injury or damage, however caused, arising from participation in this event. Participant hereby releases and discharges the event sponsor, its officers, employees, affiliates and agents, from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, relating to such participation.
